The Story

The Adventures in Zephlanore is a story that comes from a homemade campaign of the Dungeons & Dragons game. A ragtag crew of adventures have join together to make a courageous band of heroes who still have a lot to learn. This adventure story is full of awesome and at times nonsensical character, dropped right in a world from the imaginative mind of Robert Frederick. Join William and Levi, two orphan boy form a temple in the small fort town of Fellfalls as they meet strange and dynamic character to join their journey through the land of Zephlanore.

My goal in telling this tale is to improve my skill as a writer. This story mostly created itself as we played our D&D game around the dinner table. The adventure was so fun we wanted to share it with others but couldn't find the best way to do it. The story doesn't reflect the game play by play but is writing in a way to bring out more of the atmosphere and move the story at a faster pace. I've done my best to limit each section or chapter to around 1k words to keep my accomplished as a writer and keep the story at a simple 5min read. I hope you enjoy this tale and find it entertaining enough to keep reading and even share with other. I want to thank you all for bearing with my in this process of becoming a better writer and most of all for reading my work. Art is meant to be shared.
